RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but we would like the opportunity to speak with you anytime there is an issue with your order so please contact us at orders@blumemarket.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund less any shipping charges incurred if eligibility is met.

DAMAGE: If there was an error on our part or an item arrives broken or damaged we absolutely want to hear from you regardless of how many days since delivery. Please reach out to us at orders@blumemarket.com to discuss.


NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Perishable goods such as food, and chocolates
  • Makeup or skincare products
  • Flowers and plants cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Only regular priced eligible items may be refunded.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 2-14 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: orders@blumemarket.com

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
